At CloudFinds, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.
7-Day Return / Replacement Window
You are eligible to request a refund or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Day 1 is counted as the date of delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or replacement, please ensure that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All tags must be intact.
- The original product box must be inside the courier bag, which should not be cut or torn (except the outer seal tape).
Mandatory Proofs for Return/Replacement
To process your request, we require the following proofs:
- Parcel opening video β taken without any cuts or edits.
- Proof of purchase β such as the invoice or packing label.
- For non-electronic items: A clear photo showing the full product.
- For electronic items: A video showing the product not working, along with attempts to use it as per the instructions (found on the packaging or provided by customer care).
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
- Empty parcel
You are eligible for a free replacement.
You can choose to receive:
- The same product (same size/design), or
- An alternate design/size of the same product category.
Please record a video while opening the parcel and contact us immediately upon noticing any issue.
How to Request a Return or Replacement

If your request is accepted:
- We will arrange for reverse pickup within 2β3 days.
- Once we receive the product, the replacement will be shipped or the refund will be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)
- Hazardous materials or flammable items
- SALE items (items sold at a discounted rate)
Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- Reverse pickup will be arranged by us.
- Refund will be initiated after the product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection.
- Refunds will be processed online via UPI or Net Banking.
- It may take 5β7 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
Communication
All order and return-related communication will be done via Email or SMS. Please ensure your contact details are accurate at checkout.
